Our Engineers are highly experienced and receive regular training to ensure that aircraft are maintained as per the manufacturers’ programmes to the highest possible standards.
The Company maintenance facilities are situated on plot 4, 5, 6 and 7 at the TANZANAIR Terminal, Julius Nyerere (JN) International Airport, Dar es Salaam. There are 2 hangars both of steel and concrete construction with concrete floors. They have appropriate maintenance equipment, tooling, shops and other facilities.
SCOPE OF WORK
The Organisation Scope of Work, as described in the Approved Capability List, includes the following:
- Maintenance and repair of aircraft certified in the Commercial Air Transport (passenger and cargo), general aviation and aerial work categories.
- Overhaul/maintenance/repair of aircraft, engines, propellers and components including avionics components.
- NDT inspection.
- Test equipment calibration.
- Carrying out modifications as per manufacturers recommendations and as approved by the Authority.
- Aircraft weighing and C of G determination.
